In an effort to address the transitional new home sales market, MHI is training Sales Counselors to find the Customer’s needs before selling them a home. Immediately following their training, we inform them that everyone will be video mystery shopped in the next two or three weeks, using the video as an additional training segment.
We then contact Leslie Jeter at Clear Evaluations to schedule the shops. As always her team delivers prompt, professional and timely videos. The intended results are to ensure the Sales Counselors are implementing the new concept out in the field. We are very pleased with how effective the shops are as a follow up training.
